bacillus lyanogenus causes BLUE milk

odium rubrum, bacterium erythrogenes and other microorganisms RED milk

bacterium fulvum YELLOW milk

torula nigra BLACK milk

torula amara BITTER milk

The VISCOUS and ROPY milk comes from bacillus mesentericus and bacillus viscosus

SOAPY milk is caused by bacterium sapolacticum
